Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise. Each product lists a price for a specific length of fabric, shown on the product page. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. An order is confirmed once payment is received or, where offered, when a pay-on-delivery order is accepted. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Delivery

Delivery fees and estimated timelines are shown at checkout based on your location. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier or delivered to the address you provide. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

Authenticity & product variation

Our Kente fabrics are hand-woven in Ghana. Slight variations in colour, pattern alignment, and texture are natural characteristics of authentic hand-woven cloth and are not considered defects.

Returns & exchanges

Because many items are cut to order, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order reference and photos where applicable. Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You may view order history and update profile information through your account area.
